Cut & Run?

"Act for Change" is running an online contest where they are challenging the President's Plan for Iraq and asking you to Cast Your Vote in Our "What's the Bush Plan for Iraq" Contest!. The judges have sorted out the submissions and come up with the top 20 slogans for you to rate:
