A Laptop Comes Preloaded With the WebAcer will soon be selling laptops "preloaed" with 40 gigabytes of data, meant to be an abridged version of the Web. Webaroo, the company responsible for creating this snapshot says that "there are lots of times when Internet access is inconvenient."
