Looks like I almost missed this "hot" new, but really stupid trend. But thanks to this MetaFilter thread, I've learned way more than I needed to. Sure, it leaves more room on the floor for gifts, but I would feel far more silly than hip. I'll do the Charlie Brown tree before I do that!
